Extended Pins
Roller chains with standardized extended pins provide designers in plant and mechanical engineering with many possibilities for their own designs. The standardized extended pins (according to ISO 606) serve as an interface for attaching individual, functional attachments to roller chains. Additionally, customer-specific pins can be applied to all chains without major difficulties.

Should the range of standardized extended pins not be sufficient, pins can be manufactured individually and quickly according to customer requirements.
Extended Pin – Dimension Table
The table contains our standard carrier pins; these can be varied in dimensions d2, L, U, U1 and U2.
The outer contours can be adapted according to your requirements.
