Preparation of accounting

Incoming e-mail processing

Maintenance and updating of master data

Processing of payment transactions

Order and quotation processing

Telephone switchboard support

Marketing support

Preparation for shipping (shipping documents), organization of the freight service provider

Preparation for customs clearance

Your profile

Completed commercial training
(e.g. office clerk, industrial clerk or comparable)

Confident handling of MS Office, ideally experience with an ERP system

Good written and spoken English skills

Structured, reliable and careful way of working

Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills

Ability to work in a team and organizational talent
